Nancy Mong’are
Founder
Nancy Mongare is Diracare’s founder. With a community health background, she builds people-centred, sustainable care systems that improve coordination and access, helping individuals and families navigate care journeys with dignity.
Sally M Ratemo
Lead Navigator
Sally is a social worker, caregiver, mentor and Trainer of Trainers who believes everyone deserves dignity and compassion. She listens and provides care, advocacy and empowerment that make a difference.
Tiberius M Aura
Public Health Professional
Tiberius is a public health professional advancing community health accountability in Kenya. He promotes participation in county planning and equitable health funding, focusing on primary care, maternal health and WASH.
Lucy Achieng’
Public Health Nurse Assistant
Lucy, a Public Health Nurse Assistant on Diracare’s Kisii team, manages referrals, follow-ups and patient education across oncology, maternal, chronic, elderly and mental health programs with confidential, compassionate, reliable care.
